It’s actually a good sign. It means you had a lot of hair that was ready to transition to the shedding phase. The change in growth factors is provoking loads of new hairs to start growing and as a result, the ones that were ready to shed have all been shed early.
Once this initial increase in shedding is over there will be a period of a month or so of not much noticeable change and then you should start to see a very gradual thickening of your hair. Bear in mind it will be very hard to notice for some time because hair grows at such a slow rate, so it will be several months before the new hairs are at a thickness that makes a noticeable difference to your overall hair density.
Are you also following the relaxation methods outlined in the PDF download? These are really important because you must have healthy (low) cortisol hormone levels in order for the new hair to grow. To do that you must take time out every few hours to sit in silence, on your own, close your eyes, take deep breaths, and allow your muscles to relax completely for five minutes. Repeat this practice every couple of hours if possible.
